Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, rates, processing times, and delivery expectations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.

During peak periods (holidays, new collection launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any extended processing delays via email.

Domestic Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping — $6.99 (FREE on orders $75+)

Delivery in 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection depends on your location and package size. Standard shipping is free on all orders $75.00 and over, before applicable taxes. This free shipping threshold applies to orders shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to the note below.

Express Shipping — 2.99

Delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS or FedEx. Express shipping is available for all U.S. destinations. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for same-day processing.

Overnight Shipping — $24.99

Delivery in 1 business day via FedEx Priority. Overnight orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12:00 PM EST will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (or next business day). Overnight shipping is not available on weekends or federal holidays. This option guarantees next-business-day delivery to most contiguous U.S. addresses.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii at standard shipping rates. However, please note the following important details:

  • Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Orders shipping to AK or HI will be charged $6.99 for standard shipping regardless of order total.
  • Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 7–10 business days and may take longer in some areas.
  • Express and Overnight shipping options may be available to select AK/HI addresses at an additional cost. Contact us at [email protected] for a quote before ordering if express delivery to AK/HI is critical.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package with the carrier. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. THE BE DANCE COMPANY STORE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we can often make corrections if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, THE BE DANCE COMPANY, LLC is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or having it delivered to a secure location. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:

  • Check around your building, with neighbors, and in any secure package areas
  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim
  • Email us at [email protected] if the issue persists and we will work with you to find a resolution

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the contents immediately and email the photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, THE BE DANCE COMPANY STORE ships within the United States only. We are exploring international shipping options and plan to expand in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
